I suspect we're all lousy at it unless we are trained actors, and then some of them can't do it. I guess it's all in the ear. I can't tell Australian from the non-"posh" English. In Spanish I can only differentiate, Mexican, Cuban, Argentinian, Spanish from Spain, and two variants from Bolivia where my family lives.
